We were delighted to hear the Causey Farm have made it to the finals of the Meath Marketing Awards 2008 in the “Most Effective Marketing Initiative of a Visitor attraction” category.  clickstream Web Design would like to wish the Murtagh family the best of luck in the awards which are being held on Thursday, 6th November.

The clickstream team will be attending the Adobe Creative Suite 4 talks at Cineworld cinemas, Parnell Street, Dublin on Thursday 27th November 2008. Looking forward to it!

I just thought I would highlight this conference I heard about - Organise, Activate, Influence - Social Activisim Online.  It is being organised by the EU Commission. It’s all about harnessing the power of blogs to allow debate and enhance activism. It sounds very interesting!

Last night, I attended the Ireland Girl Geek Dinners.  It wasn’t all girls, there were a few men there too! The location was Herbstreet restaurant. Martha Rotter (from Microsoft) organised the event and it was a great opportunity to meet others in the same/similar lines of business and to learn more about the latest in the IT industry.  The event is a great idea and I am already looking forward to the next one!
